FAQ
How do you photograph weddings?
First and foremost, I will be your teammate! I'll be there not only to photograph, but to make your day as fun and as seamless as possible. My photos are taken from a journalist perspective, simple and low key, capturing the scene naturally and how it feels in the moment. I will pose and guide you, but will keep it simple and stress free!
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in beautiful Mammoth Lakes, CA! Although shooting in Mammoth is special to me and I love the area, I am willing to travel! Whether it's within the US or on the opposite side of the globe, I will be there. There will be additional travel costs for any wedding located outside of the Eastern Sierra.
When will we get our photos?
All weddings will be fully edited within 6-8 weeks. To give you something to look forward to, I love sending a few preview images just a day or two after the wedding so you can get a sneak peek while I work on the full collection. You will receive all your photos through a beautiful online gallery, where you can easily share them with friends and family and order prints.
How many pictures will we receive?
For eight-hours of wedding coverage, you will receive an estimated 400 fully edited images. On the day of, I shoot thousands and thousands of photos. After the event I go through each of them, picking the good ones to send over. I always choose quality rather than quantity when delivering photos. But I don't put a minimum or maximum on the delivery amount. If theres more than 400 good ones, I'm putting them in there!
Can pricing packages be customized?
Of course! The packages above are a simple guide to give you an idea of how I price. Want to add a second photographer to a shorter wedding? Done. A couple more rolls of film during your wedding day? Heck ya!
Can I add a roll of film to my wedding package?
Hell ya. I love shooting film, there is something about the color and grain that makes it so special. I charge $50 for a roll. Cost of film and development, plus the experience I have shooing it.
